BIOGRAPHY OF MUFTI NISAR AHMAD QASMI

MUHTAMIM DARUL-UL-ULOOM QASMIA LALBAZAR 

KASHUR SCHOLARS : Mufti Nissar Ahmad Qasmi is the Muhtamim (Principal) of Darul Uloom Qasmia, a religious institution in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. He is a well-known Islamic scholar and has been teaching at the Darul Uloom for over 30 years. He is also the author of several books on Islamic jurisprudence and theology.

Mufti Nissar Ahmad Qasmi was born  in Srinagar. He studied at the Darul Uloom Qasmia and then went on to study at the Darul Uloom Deoband in India. He received his PhD in Islamic jurisprudence from the University of Kashmir.

Mufti Nissar Ahmad Qasmi is a member of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board and the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind. He is also the President of the Anjuman-e-Islah-e-Auqaf, a charitable organization that works for the upliftment of Muslims in Kashmir.

Mufti Nissar Ahmad Qasmi is a respected figure in Kashmir and is known for his moderate views. He has spoken out against extremism and violence and has called for peace and harmony in the region.
